Soren was founded by a team of MIT engineers who believe AI should become broadly accessible, but not at the cost of control. We started the company with a simple view: organizations should not have to choose between using modern AI and protecting the data, knowledge, and processes that matter most to them.

The current market often asks serious institutions to rely on shared, general-purpose models that were not built for their operating realities. Our thesis is different. The most valuable AI systems will be sovereign, deployed within the right environment, and tuned to the specific context of the organization using them.

That belief guides our work with regulated and compliance-sensitive organizations. We build systems that respect security boundaries and support real work with the reliability expected in mature industries.
